Since 1988, the firm has serviced not-for-profits and registered charities involved in charitable gaming.  Whether it is a simple single third party location Nevada license or the operation of a complete Bingo Association, our firm possesses the specialized knowledge required to provide most services.

We currently provide assurance and review services to several clients holding Bingo and Nevada licenses, both through member associations and as part of the ongoing fundraising efforts of the individual organization.

We are well-versed in the intricacies of the Rules and Regulations of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), Nevada and break open ticket sales and Bingo regulations for both the post April, 2007 period (Pooling) or the new eBingo regulations under the Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG) Commission (eBingo).

Compliance reporting services to the AGCO or the OLG is also provided on an as needed basis.
